Η επίδραση της δημοσιονομικής κρίσης στις εργασιακές σχέσεις για τους εργαζομένους στο δημόσιο τομέα: Ένα προτεινόμενο ερευνητικό μοντέλο

Abstract


Στοχεύοντας στη δημοσιονομική σταθεροποίηση και στη βελτίωση της σχέσης αποτελεσματικότητας-κόστους των δημοσίων υπηρεσιών, τα κράτη-μέλη της Ε.Ε. προέβησαν, μεταξύ άλλων, σε σημαντική μείωση μισθών και σε αλλαγές στο εργασιακό καθεστώς των δημοσίων υπαλλήλων. Στην Ελλάδα εισήχθησαν μέτρα όπως η διαθεσιμότητα και η εφεδρεία, με αποτέλεσμα για πρώτη φορά οι εργαζόμενοι να σταματήσουν να βλέπουν το δημόσιο ως ασφαλή εργοδότη. Υπό το πρίσμα των αλλαγών αυτών, η παρούσα μελέτη προτείνει ένα ερευνητικό μοντέλο για τη διερεύνηση του επιπέδου της αντιλαμβανόμενης γνωστικής και συναισθηματικής εργασιακής ανασφάλειας και της ικανοποίησης από το μισθό των δημοσίων υπαλλήλων. Επιπλέον, στόχος είναι να μελετηθεί η επίπτωση των προαναφερθέντων παραγόντων στην ικανοποίηση από την εργασία, στη συναισθηματική οργανωσιακή δέσμευση, στην ψυχολογική ευεξία και στην αυτό-αξιολογούμενη απόδοση των εργαζομένων. Στο μοντέλο ενσωματώνεται επίσης η αντιλαμβανόμενη δικαιοσύνη ως  προς τις αποδοχές, ως παράγοντας που επηρεάζει την ικανοποίηση από το ύψος του μισθού, καθώς και η αντιλαμβανόμενη απασχολησιμότητα, ήτοι η δυνατότητα του εργαζομένου να βρει εργασία, που φαίνεται να επιδρά στην ψυχολογική ευεξία στο χώρο εργασία και την εργασιακή του απόδοση.
