Abstract

Social entrepreneurship consists a timeless reality, as for its fundamental elements which however, recently returns to cover a wide range of social needs.  It is distinguished to the classic (private sector) entrepreneurship, both as to the purpose and its methods, although it must coexist with it, and the classic state activity in which the state is active, providing and regulatory subject, which tends to occupy space that belongs to both these areas.
